OTR - Southern charm? in Ft. Walton Beach

The majority of folks I've interacted with here are men - and many are in uniform. And I must say that the women are, for the most part, put together. Nothing inspired, but presentable. Very finished faces and mom-jeans. I'm thinking that the most envelope pushing (style-wise, anyway) that goes on down here is the 80-year old I saw in the Publix (a grocery store - quite put together and pleasant to shop in) parking lot. She was trim, nice grandmother haircut (gently colored, of course), and was wearing a wine-colored velour track suit. Very Madonna. :-)
