One Day...

...maybe I'll have something so beautiful in my possession as a Hermes Kelly or a Birkin.

Wistful.

The way Nigel & Miranda explain the point of it all (all being fashion) to Andy, well, I get it. It's a work of art - a wearable work of art, that makes its way to the masses by passing on colors or silouhettes. It's something I want to be a part of.

I totally get it. It's not just covering one's body, it really is art, or, at least, can be art.

I'm not proud, but I have a completely unhealthy streak of jealousy toward Lou Doillon. Can you imagine how cool it must be to have your mother be the reason the Birkin was invented? Every time I see her picture I just think "Grrrr."

Maybe you can make it your life's work to have some incredible thing created for you...then someone can write the same thing about your son someday...
