It's almost here - Washingtonian's annual BEST OF issue. The must-have guide to all that IS in Washington. H and I can't call ourselves subscribers, but we do like many Washingtonians and pick up the occasional issue - this being one of them. I can vouch for the journalism in the issue, too, as I had a brief brush with celebrity in last year's issue (sigh). Clearly, they know what they're talking about.
