What: Quarter Life Modern Vintage Shop & Social
Where: Nana, 3068 Mount Pleasant Street NW
When: Wednesday, 29 February, 5-7:30pm
Why: Because you love vintage. And so does everyone else who will be there. And...Nana.
Quarter Life is a fantastic not-so-little blog that discusses everything vintage - in any shape or form - in the DC area. It's what I aspire to in many, many ways, but thrifting just doesn't make it into my schedule. Thank goodness I can live up to it in the home - because we're blessed and lucky to have lots of incredible hand-me-downs from original purchasers and skilled thrifters before us.
Nana is one of the best things about DC. A relative DC-style-scene veteran (around since 2003), it's a women's clothing shop that aspires to be - and remains - a neighborhood store with fantastic finds. And it's named after owner Jackie Flanagan's, well, super stylish Nana.
