To Tell You How Mean This Morning Was

I forgot to tell you that I didn't even have the spirit to fight with my new bangs.

So on went the headband.

And now it's bothering me. You know they do that little pressure thing behind the ears that feels comfortable at first and then, once it's too late to turn back and do something else (like use 5000 cans of hairspray and slick everything back a la the Palmer girls), it starts to hurt.

Yeah. It's going to be a great day.

Anyone? Anyone? There must be a comfortable one, like Dariaux laments (as I try, one more time, to adjust the one I'm wearing - hint - metal ones hurt more).

I love the headbands by Cara (http://shop.nordstrom.com/S/2908548/0~2376779~6006941?mediumthumbnail=Y&origin=category&searchtype=&pbo=6006941&P=1 , except, you know, not in leopard). I can wear them all day with little discomfort. Does anyone else find that plastic ones start opening up/sliding up as they absorb your body heat? Or did I just embarrass myself and my hot head here?
